Amanda Aitken is the founder & director of Red Cabbage (Nutrition), an Associate Public Health Nutritionist and an experienced restaurateur. After working with an admired restaurant chain for over 10 years Amanda retrained to become a nutritionist.
Deciding after working with a global restaurant chain for over 10 year, Amanda wanted to make a difference in peoples lives and retrained to become a nutritionalist. Passionate about food and health Amanda is keen to share her knowledge. Her activity within the dietry research includes co-authored publications, presenting at Nutritional Society conferences and work for the European Nutrition conference FENS 2015 in Berlin.
It is this experience of working nutrition combined with research that ensures Amanda can advise across nutritional needs; delivering training and specific menu planning as part of Red Cabbage nutritions services.
